ubroadcast® Names Entertainment Industry Veteran to Run Its ubroadcast Entertainment Group™

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - November 17, 2009) - ubroadcast, inc. (OTCBB: UBCI), a leader in Internet Broadcasting, today announced that Joe Yukich had been named president of the company's ubroadcast Entertainment Group, giving him oversight of its premium entertainment programming, including film, television and music. Mr. Yukich had been serving as a consultant to over the past two years.

Mr. Yukich is the former Chief Operating Officer of Motown Filmworks & Animation and Sr. Vice President of parent company, Motown Records. Prior to that, Mr. Yukich held several multi-platform production deals, as an Executive Producer, with 20th Century Fox. Throughout the late 80's and early 90's, Mr. Yukich was a leading music video producer with FYI Productions, where he worked with Michael Jackson, Phil Collins, David Bowie, Genesis, Bonnie Raitt, Bruce Willis and Gloria Estefan.
