ubroadcast Names Marc Lord Chief Financial Officer

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - April 19, 2010) - ubroadcast, inc. (OTCBB: UBCI), a leader in Internet broadcasting, today announced the appointment of financial industry veteran, Mr. Marc Lord, as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Lord earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from San Diego State University. Marc has been working in the Financial Planning field since 1997. He has been awarded the "5 Star Best in Wealth Management" from San Diego Magazine 4 years running (2007-2010). He has also been featured in 2 "Money Makeover" articles in the San Diego Union Tribune in conjunction with the Financial Planning Association. Along with his Certified Financial Planner™ designation, he is a California Registered Tax Preparer, and holds a California Insurance License. Marc has served on several industry organizations' Board of Directors, and currently sits on the Board of the California Society of Tax Consultants (CSTC) San Diego Chapter. He is also Committee Chairman of the Running Start Tax Update seminar that CSTC holds every January, which is the largest tax update seminar in San Diego County.
