ubroadcast Names Co-Founder Douglas Hay to Advisory Board

Company Sees Active Role for Hay in Its Business Acquisition, Capital Sourcing Activities

(OTCBB: UBCI), a leader in Internet Broadcasting, today announced that it has named co-founder Douglas Hay to its Advisory Board. Mr. Hay has already begun to provide his expert advice in connection with ubroadcast's merger/acquisition efforts.
