ubroadcast and Pure Play Music Partner to Provide User Access, Broaden Content Distribution

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - June 23, 2009) - ubroadcast, inc. (OTCBB: UBCI), a leader in Internet Broadcasting, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Pure Play Music ( that will provide UBCI's users access to 100,000 tracks from Pure Play Music's catalog of independent artists. The agreement also includes a mutual-referral, revenue-sharing arrangement.
