UC Irvine Extension Real Estate Exam Prep Course Now Available

Intensive Review of Content to Successfully Prepare Students for Exam


IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2016) - The University of California, Irvine Extension has announced the availability of a new Real Estate Exam Prep course. Bringing all aspects of real estate together, the course focuses on materials and topics pertinent to the passing of the California licensing exam. Course content covers property ownership and land use control and regulations, laws of agency and fiduciary duties, property valuation and financial analysis, financing, transfer of property, practice of real estate and disclosures and contracts. The two-day, on-campus course is offered on July 9 and 10. Registration is now open.

"For Real Estate Licensure program participants, this course will provide a comprehensive overview of all the topics covered in previous courses," said Stephane Muller, director of business programs for UCI Extension. "Instructor Brian A. Bauer provides the tools and skills needed to prepare for success on exam day."

Course instructor Brian A. Bauer, Esq., has a wide variety of experience in the real estate field, and is currently active in legal transactional work land acquisition. He is also the principal and co-founder of South Coast Communities, LLC, in Irvine. Real Estate Exam Prep is the final course in the Real Estate Licensure Specialized Studies Program at UCI Extension. The program as a whole satisfies the educational requirement necessary to sit for the real estate license exam (135 hours of education). The program is ideal for anyone who is interested in a curriculum that meets the requirements outlined by the CalBRE. Courses offered within the Licensure Program may be taken independently without enrolling in the full program.
