UDS 888-SUB-TO-GO and VITAZEST Team-Up to Market Diabetic-Friendlier Menu

Kansas City Market Tests Options That Fit Into a Well-Balanced Diabetic Diet

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - November 19, 2010) - Universal Delivery Solutions (UDS), the operating unit of Delivery Technology Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DTSL), is pleased to announce that its 888-SUB-TO-GO service is co-promoting with VITAZEST®, the preferred beverage of choice for the new Subway Diabetes-Friendlier Menu (DFM) being tested in the Kansas City metro market. The two companies will use online and offline promotion tactics to elevate awareness of the new menu, and 888-SUB-TO-GO is adding DFM to its Corporate Catering offerings in the KC market.

"With diabetes and obesity being an important national health concern in our country, and particularly in the Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) field, we felt that the new DFM is something we can easily add to our catering menu offerings in Kansas City and in other markets as it hopes to roll out nationally," said CEO Ryan F. Coblin.

The DFM includes four popular Subs served on 6-grain Wheat Bread, excess bread is "scooped" to reduce the carbohydrates, including Roast Beef, Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted Chicken and Veggie Delite® served with tomatoes, lettuce, green peppers, onions, cucumbers and vinegar. A variety of salads also appear on the DFM including SUBWAY® Club, Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Roast Beef, Oven Roasted Chicken, Turkey Breast, Veggie Delite® and Turkey Breast & Black Forest Ham.

Most importantly, the menu has been reviewed by the Diabetes Research Institute, out of Miami, Florida.

Using TV commercials, direct mail, websites and other sales promotion vehicles, consumers are encouraged to add VITAZEST® Water, available in Kiwi Strawberry, Pomegranate, and Acai Blueberry flavors, and apple slices to "Make it a Meal." The healthcare community in Kansas City will also be targeted for promotion of the Diabetes-Friendlier Menu encouraging its recommendation for diabetes patients under care.

"Ours is a brand that supports a healthier lifestyle for everyone," said VITAZEST® CEO Roy Alcalay, "but by aligning with the Subway Kansas City test market and working with 888-SUB-TO-GO Corporate Catering, we're hopeful that people with diabetes will try it, like it, and make it part of their regular diet, as an alternative to higher fat and carb foods.
