UFA Co-operative Limited Announces 2013 Board of Directors

Chairman Jim Laverick Elected for Fourth Term

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 20, 2013) - UFA Co-operative Limited is proud to announce the election of the 2013 Board of Directors. The elections took place at the Annual General Meeting March 13 - 14, 2013.

Jim Laverick was elected for a fourth consecutive term as Chairman. In addition, UFA welcomes four new board members who have each been elected for a three-year term:

  • Kevin Hoppins, Trochu (Grain and Livestock Producer)
  • Doug Thompson, Medicine Hat (Property Development, Financial Advisor)
  • Rick Hansen, Blackie (Grain Producer)
  • Harvey Hagman, Mayerthorpe (Grain and Livestock Producer)
