TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 26, 2016) - UGE International Ltd. (the "Company") (www.ugei.com) (TSX VENTURE:UGE)(OTCQB:UGEIF), a global leader in distributed renewable energy solutions, is pleased to announce that effective today, May 26, 2016 the Company's stock ticker symbol will change to "UGE" (TSX VENTURE:UGE) on the TSX Venture Exchange. The previous ticker symbol was "UG" (TSX VENTURE:UG).
