UI Magic Acquires Mtogo, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 25, 2006 -- UI Magic, Inc. (, an emerging wireless technology and platform services company today announced its recent acquisition of Mtogo, Inc. (, a Los Angeles-based premier mobile content servicing company that mainly caters to the Asian American communities. This asset purchase was followed by the key members of Mtogo joining UI Magic.

"We are extremely pleased to have Mtogo as part of UI Magic. This acquisition will enable us to jump-start our B-C mobile content servicing business unit. At present, Mtogo's main customer base comes from the Asian American communities which make up approximately 20 million potential customers. Our immediate goal is to establish a dominant market presence in this niche target market. However, going forward, we aim to target the main stream markets as well with our mobile applications and contents," stated Satoru Yukie, President and CEO of UI Magic.

Yukie continued, "Mtogo currently has more than 60K subscribers. We hope to increase this number dramatically with more up-to-date mobile contents for different market segments, aggressive target marketing, and strategic alliances with more content developers and marketing companies with recognized brand names."

Along with this asset purchase, Ms. Julia Lee, who was the driving force behind Mtogo's success since its inception in Jan. 2004, joined UI Magic as Director of Business Development. She will continue to head the Mtogo business unit of UI Magic.
