UL Workplace Health & Safety Representative Wins Regional HDI Analyst of the Year Award

Bradley Jones Recognized as Analyst of the Year by Nashville's HDI Chapter for His Commitment, Dedication, and Service to UL Workplace Health & Safety Customers

FRANKLIN, TN--(Marketwired - Dec 18, 2014) -  The Music City chapter of HDI, a community of technical support professionals, has selected UL Workplace Health & Safety customer support professional Bradley Jones as its 2015 Analyst of the Year. The award recognizes the industry's top first-level support analysts for their commitment to industry standards, excellent service, and their record of consistently exceeding performance objectives.

Jones will now compete at the Southeast Regional level against winners from Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and elsewhere in Tennessee. Winners from each of HDI's five local chapter regions will then participate in the national HDI Analyst of the Year Awards at the organization's Annual conference & Expo in March 2015.

"Bradley embodies the spirit of the HDI Analyst of the Year Award," said Nate Brown, manager of Client Services for UL Workplace Health & Safety. "Through his professionalism, expertise, and peer leadership, Bradley has distinguished himself as a true customer-focused professional. We celebrate this achievement with him."

HDI was the first membership association and certification body created for the technical service and support industry. It remains the premier source for professional development for customer service professionals. The UL Workplace Health & Safety Support team achieved HDI Team Certified status earlier in 2014 when more 80 percent of the team completed Support Center Analyst training and certification.
