Ulticom Provides Update on Special Cash Dividend

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ--(Marketwire - April 14, 2009) - Ulticom, Inc. ("Ulticom" or the "Company") (PINKSHEETS: ULCM) announced on April 2, 2009 that its Board of Directors (the "Board") declared a special cash dividend (the "Special Dividend") of $4.58 per share, payable on April 20, 2009 to the Company's shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2009. The Company has been informed by Nasdaq OMX that pursuant to the NASD Rule 11140, buyers of the Company's common stock in over-the-counter market transactions executed prior to April 21, 2009 will be entitled to receive the special cash dividend of $4.58 per share previously announced by the Company. The "ex-dividend" date of April 21, 2009 is not determined by the Company and is being provided for the information of investors.
