Ultitek Ltd. Adds Red Wings Airlines to Its CRS (Computer Reservation System) Customer List

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ--(Marketwire - June 18, 2008) - Ultitek, Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, has entered into an agreement with Red Wings Airlines, formally known as Airline 400 (WZ), to process ticket sales on the regular flights using Ultitek's CRS (Sirena-2.3). In addition, the contract allows Red Wings Airlines to utilize TAIS' Regina DCS (Departure Control System). The use of Regina DCS allows Red Wings Airlines to check-in passengers on multiple airlines, including multiple airports.

Red Wings plans to increase the proportion of scheduled flights in relation to its charter flight business. Beginning in June 2008, the company plans to start regular flights from Moscow to Sochi, a popular tourist destination. Red Wings also plans to initiate scheduled flights between Moscow and two airports in Italy in a very short time frame. Ultitek's software is a major factor in the implementation of these plans. Red Wings will also utilize Ultitek's E-Ticketing capability in time for the summer tourist season.

Preliminary discussions have begun concerning the design of a Red Wings website which will include on site ticket purchases.

"We are happy to include Red Wings Airlines in our family of customers. We are particularly gratified that we service another airline that will fly beyond the borders of the former Soviet Union. Our goals remain to provide worldwide capability to our customers," said Roman Price, CEO.
