Ultitek Ltd. Announces New Software Development With Galileo GDS

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 24, 2007 -- Ultitek Ltd. (OTCBB: UITK) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TAIS, completed a major software development. A special protocol was devised to access Galileo's Global Distribution System (GDS). This protocol allows airlines utilizing Galileo's GDS (one of the world's largest GDSs) access to TAIS' Sirena-2.3 center resources. As a result, TAIS can provide its customers the ability to make a complete sale, including those sales involving international routes. In the very near future, the airline alliance, Air Union, plans to open up its western partners to Sirena-2.3 agents.

"When implemented this software development, which provides access to Galileo's GDS, along with our recent development with Amadeus, will allow our customers a more transparent interaction between domestic and international routes and it completes another major step toward total internationalization of 'Sirena-2.3,'" said Roman Price, CEO.
