Harry Starkweather, President of E-Source, stated, "We are extremely pleased that Ultra Pure has chosen E-Source to provide sales, marketing and management services for the placement of their proprietary "Ice Island" units in the convenience and grocery store markets of the United States and Mexico. E-Source currently provides sales and marketing representation for 18 of the biggest names in commercial food service heavy equipment. The Ultra Pure "Ice Island" system complements the lines of equipment that we currently represent. We anticipate building a relationship that extends well beyond the commitment of utilizing our sales, marketing and warehouse facilities for the placement, customer service and monitoring of the "Ice Island" units."

Daniel LeBlanc, President of Ultra Pure, stated, "The relationship now established with E-Source will allow Ultra Pure to begin a progression towards our vision of supplying the "Ice Island" to the convenience and grocery store market throughout North America. In conjunction with the recently announced "Ice Island" manufacturing relationship with CMC Refrigeration, Inc., Ultra Pure will immediately begin to satisfy a back-log of demand from our customers for the installation of the "Ice Island" units. The commitment of sales and marketing resources from Mr. Starkweather and E-Source ensures and builds upon the momentum already established for introduction of the "Ice Island" system into the convenience and grocery store markets."
