Umbra Applied Technologies Group Announces Relocation of Corporate Offices

SHORT HILLS, NJ--(Marketwired - Mar 14, 2016) - Umbra Applied Technologies Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: UATG), a Defense and Intelligence firm, today announced that it has relocated its corporate headquarters from Short Hills, New Jersey to Tampa, Florida. Umbra has executed a five-year lease for a new principal place of business at 2203 N Lois Ave, Suite G-400, Tampa FL 33607. Umbra will continue to operate research and development, regulatory and quality operations in Austin TX. All other functions will be conducted at the Tampa offices.

UAT Group has been considering the composition and location of its headquarters for the past 18 months. The Company began its formal review in September 2014, with a list of 17 potential locations. Tampa was selected after a careful evaluation of the business ecosystem, talent, long-term costs, employee's quality of life and proximity to additional strategic corporate assets.
