UMED Holdings, Inc.'s GTL Licensor, 1st Resource Group, Announces Expanded Teaming Arrangement With Reliant Global Solutions LLC for Deployment of Technology

FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - Oct 3, 2011) - UMED Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UMED) today announced that Reliant Global Solutions, Inc. (RGS) has expanded its teaming arrangement with 1^st Resource Group, Inc. for advancing certain gas-to-liquids (GTL) engineering efforts with Commonwealth Engineering and Construction (Commonwealth), the engineering and design firm. Under the terms of the arrangement, RGS contributed $140,000 to UMED in exchange for certain economic participation in 1^st Resource Group, Inc.'s gas-to-liquids conversion unit #1 which is under a design-build phase with Commonwealth.
