Members Can Now Quickly Transfer Secure Funds to Almost Anyone in the World

LIVERMORE, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2015) - UNCLE Credit Union, serving the East Bay communities of Livermore, Pleasanton and Tracy, is making it easier than ever for members to send money to almost anyone with its recently launched money transfer service, Send Money, powered by PayPal™. Using UNCLE's mobile app, members can quickly and securely transfer funds from their checking account to another person or merchant. Send Money is the latest in a series of new features offering UNCLE members enhanced access to 24/7 financial services -- allowing them to complete transactions anytime, anywhere from devices such as their smartphone, iPad or other tablet computer.

With Send Money, UNCLE members can pay bills and send money to friends and family instantly -- using just the recipient's email or mobile number. Fully integrated with both the Android and iPhone mobile devices, the service offers members a new level of convenience and practicality whether it's used to split a dinner bill among several people, pay rent, provide financial support for a relative or simply make a purchase. The sender does not need to have a PayPal account to send the funds.
