Undertone Strengthens Sales Team: Names Greg Glenday Chief Revenue Officer and Chris McLoughlin Vice President, East Coast Sales

Former Clear Channel and Wenner Media Executives to Bring New Sales Leadership to Undertone

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 3, 2014) - Undertone, a leader in digital advertising solutions for brands, today announced the appointment of Greg Glenday as Chief Revenue Officer and Chris McLoughlin as Vice President, East Coast Sales. The pair join a growing global sales organization that was recently honored by Selling Power magazine as one of the 50 Best Companies to Sell For in 2014.

Glenday joins the company following 18 years at Clear Channel Communications, where he was most recently President of Clear Channel's Connections division. In that role, he led ad sales strategy for all large advertisers across national and local spot, network, mobile, digital, live events, venues and branded content, and was responsible for developing integrated go-to-market strategies across all Clear Channel Media and Entertainment assets, including the iHeartRadio property. In his new role, Glenday will oversee Undertone's global revenue strategy and all customer support groups including sales planning and client services.

"I am extremely excited to join the team at Undertone," said Glenday. "It's clear that the company's continued focus on serving the needs of brand marketers is important, particularly in a world that is increasingly mobile and driven by technology. I'm excited by the investments the company is making and I look forward to building on Undertone's incredible reputation in the industry as a leader in quality, integrity, and customer service."

Undertone further bolstered its sales leadership team with the recent addition of Chris McLoughlin, who joins Undertone as Vice President, East Coast Sales. McLoughlin came to the company from Wenner Media, where he served as Publisher of Rolling Stone and Men's Journal. McLoughlin also previously held senior sales roles at Hearst, Time Inc., and Condé Nast. In his new role, McLoughlin is responsible for managing and growing sales efforts from the company's New York headquarters, across both brand marketers and agencies.

"I am excited to add such strong leadership to our growing and evolving sales team," said Corey Ferengul, Chief Executive Officer for Undertone. "Both bring a long history of advertising sales and digital experience, as well as a great deal of success in serving big brands in multiple and creative ways. Their experience in managing evolving sales offerings will be particularly valuable as we continue to expand our own offerings around programmatic and cross-screen while keeping our focus directly on marketers' needs."
