Unimax Introduces 2nd Nature 7.2 With 75 New Ways to Significantly Reduce Telecom Expense

New Version Includes Features and Enhancements for Automated and Self Service Telecom Administration

The new version enhances 2nd Nature's already powerful reporting capabilities by enabling an IT or Telecom department to read status information for phones and voice mail boxes. The new version also adds advanced capabilities for automated and self service administration. Additionally, 2nd Nature's ability to manage PBX and voice mail systems in complex, multi-vendor environments has been expanded by adding compatibility for a number of systems from Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, and AVST.
