CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2006 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) -- -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today it has added 14 new locations and over 60 providers in the Northern Ohio cities of Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and Columbus to its growing network of dental providers. The locations and providers have been added to the Union Dental network as a result of the Company's recently announced agreement to build a nationwide dental network for the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America (AFA-CWA). AFA-CWA represents the employees of such airlines as United, US Airways, Northwest, America West, Alaska, PSA, Mesa, Midwest, Spirit, Horizon & Hawaiian.

Dr. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental, commented: "It is with great pleasure and anticipation that Union Dental announces the first regional dental network with two locations in both the Cleveland and Akron areas and including the cities of Mayfield Heights, Mentor, Willoughby, Elyria, Canton, Hilliard, Dublin, Columbus, Reynoldsburg and North Olmstead to service the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America union membership. All parties look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. Union Dental anticipates beginning marketing these dentist services to the Union members commencing January 2007."

Dr. Green further stated: "This expansion is very exciting for our company and shareholders since we intend to approach other labor unions with our concept once we have built this national dental network for the flight attendants. This should generate more revenues for the company in 2007. As we speak with dentists from Chicago, Phoenix, Denver, and Washington, DC, to name a few, we share their hopes and aspirations on the initialization of this new dental network. It is enjoyable to refer these doctors who are beginning the new program to some of the doctors who have been with us now for 20 years. The new revenues generated by the addition of more providers will pay to market these doctors' services to the Union membership as per our exclusive contract with the AFA-CWA."
