Union Dental and Drinkable Air Update US Patent Filing for the Green Ozonator

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - June 03, 2015) - Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: UDHI) -- -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today, along with Drinkable Air, Inc., an update to its US Patent filing for the Green Ozonator.

The Companies, through their legal team Sigma Law Group, requested a conference call with the US Patent Office Examiners to go over the current status of the filing. This request was granted and occurred on Tuesday, May 19, 2015. The technical team from Drinkable Air was present on the call with Project Engineer Kevin Noonan and John Fasano as well as Joseph Parish, Esq. of the Sigma Law Group. The discussion related to the specific claims made in our original patent application and how they relate to prior art.

The specific point the Drinkable Air technical team discussed related to the distinction of two different flow paths for pressurized air. The fact that one path has the ozone generation and the other does not, distinguishes our claim from other prior art. After reviewing the original filing with the examiners, certain changes to the text were discussed and after the call a subsequent Request for Continual Examination has been filed with the changes.

Dr. Green, UDHI President and CEO, stated, "We are pleased that we were given the opportunity to discuss the filing with the patent office and that the Drinkable Air team was prepared to show the differences of our technology."

Steve Kairis, President/CEO of Drinkable Air stated, "Having extensive experience in dealing with the application of ozone for water purification has been extremely important to Drinkable Air's growth as well as this specific patent application. In addition, adding Mr. Noonan's extensive engineering background to the team has been an invaluable asset in the development of this unique and necessary product. We also appreciate the US Patent office giving us the opportunity to discuss this submission in a conference call."
