Union Dental Anticipates Year End 2006 Revenues to Increase

CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2007 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondental.com/ir -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members, announced today it anticipates revenues for the year ending 12/31/2006 of approximately $2.2 million or a seven percent increase over the same time period in 2005.

Dr. George D. Green, President and CEO, stated: "Although the audit for the year ending 12/31/2006 has just begun, the preliminary results indicate a growth over the same time period last year. We expect our sales to grow at a significantly positive rate in the coming year as we continue to expand our network of local, regional and national agreements with unions to provide discounted dental services to their members."

Dr. Green further stated: "Union Dental's most recent contract with the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America (AFA-CWA) is one of the main reasons for this increase. Union Dentals' initial network opening commenced in November '06 with the signing of the first contract for this entirely new organization. As such the increase attributable to this contract agreement with the AFA has only begun for the two months of the last quarter in '06. We have just begun to offer participation amongst dental offices in our already established dental networks for the Telecom, Electrician, and Machinists Unions with the AFA at an additional fee. Almost all these offices have elected to participate at a very low cost to UDHI for procurement. Management feels that the more groups the offices participate with the higher renewal rates UDHI will be able to project yearly."

The benefit to Union Dental from representing more than one labor organization in a given area is also beneficial to the unions with which UDHI has contracts. Where a particular organization may have scarce membership numbers in certain (usually rural) areas of the US, these numbers can be bolstered by Union Dental representing more than one labor organization and combining the membership numbers into a level that becomes financially viable for a dental offices' participation on a provider level with UDHI.

AFA-CWA represents the employees of such airlines as United, US Airways, Northwest, Aloha, Air Wisconsin, Air Tran, America West, American Eagle, Atlantic Southeast, ATA, Piedmont, Miami Air, Alaska, PSA, Mesa, Mesaba, Midwest, Spirit, Horizon & Hawaiian.
