Union Dental Opens Chicago for Its Dental Network

CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 19, 2006 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: UDHI) www.uniondental.com/ir -- a provider of multi-state dental services for union members, announced today it has opened the Chicago metropolitan area for dentists to enroll in its network for the Association of Flight Attendants - Communications Workers of America (AFA-CWA).

Dr. Green, President and CEO of Union Dental commented: "I am very pleased to have started the marketing for dentists in the Chicago area based on our National Contract with the flight attendants to build them a dental network throughout all 50 states. This is a very exciting time for the company to expand its regional networks while building a national network and we have started to take calls from interested dentists."

Dr. Green further stated: "Because of our contracts with the CWA telecoms and now our national contract with AFA-CWA, I believe UDHI is an expansive company and these existing contracts will allow us to operate in states where our services have never been offered. We intend to become aggressive in our marketing in all of the states over the next 24 months to create a dental network which will offer service to other labor organization unions in addition to the AFA-CWA.

"We have created a plan of scheduled marketing in the airline hubs of operation which will include Chicago first, followed by Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, Philadelphia, Detroit, Seattle, and Denver. While providing a revenue extension for UDC these initial networks will be kept small to help ensure doctor and office success. We will expand our networks in these areas in the near future as dictated by the addition of other union organizations. Since UDC has a twenty-year history of involvement in providing dental networks for the telecom divisions of CWA, we expect some of the telecomm divisions to desire to participate with the new AFA-CWA dental networks in their areas. Some telecom locals have expressed interest in these developing dental panels and wish to review them when completed.

"Never before have we been able to offer to the telecom divisions a network already in place. The investment in funding and time is something UDC would never undertake without an exclusive contract. Now with a national contract for one union we can pre-build our dental networks to offer other union organizations an already set in place and functional dental network for immediate utilization. We are hopeful this will allow us to increase our growth rate."
