Union Dental to Be Profitable for Year Ending 2009

CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - March 30, 2010) -  Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) -- http://www.uniondental.com/ir -- a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members announced today it anticipates being profitable in the year ending 12/31/2009 with revenues in excess of $3,000,000. This will be the eighth straight quarter the company has reported profits.
