Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. Announces Transfer to NEX


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 27, 2014) - Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. ("UBS" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:UBS.H) today announces the transfer of its listing from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to the NEX board of the TSXV (the "NEX") as a result of UBS no longer carrying on an active business. The common shares of UBS will commence trading on the NEX effective June 27, 2014 under the symbol UBS.H.

CCAA Claims Process Update

UBS continues to work to complete the CCAA claims process under supervision of the Superior Court of Ontario. In this regard, the previously announced appeal and cross-appeals related to certain disputed claims were heard on June 17, 2014. The Court of Appeal reserved judgment. Shareholders are encouraged to refer to the section entitled "Provisions and contingencies - Contingencies - Jolian claims" in the Company's most recent management discussion and analysis.
