Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. and Election Services Online Sign Sales Agreement


SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - May 6, 2011) - Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. (Unisyn) has announced the signing of a sales agreement with Election Services Online (ESO). Under the terms of this agreement, ESO will market, sell and provide services for Unisyn's OpenElect 2005 VVSG Election Assistance Commission (EAC) certified voting system suite of products.

Unisyn has teamed with ESO in the States of Virginia and Mississippi exclusively to conduct marketing and sales efforts of the Unisyn products to state, county, municipal, or other election authorities or administrators within these states.

In addition, ESO will provide post-sales services on the OpenElect suite of products in these states, supported by Unisyn.
