Unisync Expands Its Executive Team

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - February 25, 2015) - Unisync Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UNI) (TSX VENTURE: UNI.A) ("Unisync") is pleased to announce that Pierre L. Charron has joined Unisync's executive team as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Unisync Group Limited reporting to the President. Based in Montreal, Pierre brings with him an extensive background in senior management roles with major Canadian corporations such as Bombardier, McKesson, and more recently R Nicholls of Longueuil where he oversaw the development of apparel and equipment product lines for the security, police, fire, E.M.S. and the public transit sectors. In addition to leading the gradual expansion of Unisync into the Quebec marketplace, Pierre's extensive experience in dealing with various departments and agencies of the federal, provincial and municipal governments will be beneficial to the expansion of Unisync's services in these market segments.

Pierre's product knowledge, experience and supply chain network in the complimentary duty gear and related equipment market will play an important role in developing this segment of Unisync's business. In October 2014 Unisync expanded into this business segment with the assumption of the Mississauga Outlet Store previously owned and operated by R Nicholls. The Outlet Store, which is located at 6325 Dixie Road, Mississauga, Ontario, has been supplying Canadian public safety agencies in the region with a vast selection of equipment, footwear and uniform products since 1991.

"We welcome Mr. Charron as a strategic member of our executive team," commented Unisync Group President, Carmin Garofalo. "I expect Pierre to play an important role in developing further services and product lines available to Unisync's existing security, police, fire and E.M.S. customers, in addition to assisting in expansion of the customer base in Quebec and elsewhere in the country."
