United Community Banks, Inc. to Temporarily Suspend Stock Dividend

BLAIRSVILLE, GA--(Marketwire - December 29, 2009) - United Community Banks, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCBI) announces that its Board of Directors has voted to temporarily suspend the company's common stock dividend.
