Amaro, who co-founded the company in 1995 with Henry Fleches and previously served as Chief Operations Officer, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fast growing IT business -- recently named a CRN Triple Crown Winner.

Amaro holds a bachelor's in business administration from Florida International University's College of Business. He serves on various technology advisory councils and is an active member of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
