(the "Company") (NYSE Amex: URX) (NYSE Amex: URX.U) (NYSE Amex: URX.WT) announced that the Special Meeting of Warrantholders was convened today and immediately adjourned to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, December 11, 2009. In addition, the Company announced that the Special Meeting of Stockholders was convened today and immediately adjourned to 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, December 11, 2009.
