LONGVIEW, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: URHG) announced today the acquisition of Golden Girl Land & Resources, Inc. The purchase includes one thousand forty acres of contiguous unpatented placer claims and eighty acres of unpatented load claims in the historic Lights Creek District of Plumas County, California.

United Resource Holdings Group, Inc.'s focus is location and acquiring mining properties that have historical valuations and are readily available to begin production.
