United Treatment Centers Announces Name Change to UTC AquaFree, Inc. to Reflect Business Focus on Waterless Toothbrushes

Company to File for CUSIP Number and Ticker Symbol Change

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 5, 2010) -  United Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UTRM), www.aquafreetoothbrush.com, the developer and marketer of a new proprietary waterless toothbrush, announced today that the company will be filing for a change in its corporate name to reflect the company's corporate focus on waterless toothbrushes and position as a pioneer in the waterless toothbrush marketplace.

Although the company has plans to file for listing on the OTCBB this year, UTRM will continue to trade on the OTC market under the symbol "UTRM" until the name change date. Due to the change in the corporate name, the company will also file for a new stock symbol and CUSIP number.

Frank Ottaviani, President of UTRM, commented, "Changing our corporate name from United Treatment Centers will assist us in communicating the company's focus on our revolutionary waterless toothbrush. Once we have been approved for our submitted corporate name and effective date of the symbol change, we will issue a press release. We needed a corporate name that makes it easier for both potential clients, end users and the financial community at large to make the connection between our company and our product. In addition, the company will be announcing news on global distributors in the near future."

Todd Spinellli, Vice President of UTRM, said, "Although the reason for our corporate name change is for marketing and financial media purposes, a potential ancillary benefit to our CUSIP number change is the forced covering of naked short positions in our stock. We have been monitoring the daily 'failure to deliver' totals and, although difficult to be certain, there is a strong possibility that we have a few million shares that have been sold, but not delivered. Oftentimes, a CUSIP change can trigger short covering."

Once the CUSIP number, symbol change and corporate name change is effective, shareholders holding their stock in Street name or with a broker will have no requirement to do anything. However, shareholders holding their stock in certificate form will be required to submit their certificates for reissue with the new corporate name and CUSIP number.

UTRM's waterless toothbrush (www.aquafreetoothbrush.com) is an innovative and environmentally-friendly dental health product that does not require water while brushing. Considering there are over 2 billion people in the world that do not have access to sanitary water, it is UTRM's mission to contribute to making water conservation practical and convenient. By using the waterless toothbrush, consumers can help in global water conservation efforts while benefiting from a more effective teeth cleaning. According to a study published by the Journal of American Dental Association [JADA:135(7): pp.1023-1029], the use of liquid dentifrice cleans teeth 35% better than when using traditional toothpaste. In addition to the important water conservation benefits, the recently introduced Aquafree™ toothbrush has a very large market represented by the US military (or any other nation's military), non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in the Third World, disaster relief organizations, outdoor sports enthusiasts, travelers, Federal Government agencies and people desiring daily convenience.
