United Treatment Centers, Inc. Unveils its Future Sales Initiatives

ASTORIA, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - April 15, 2009) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:UTRM) Today announced its Future Sales Initiatives. These Initiatives coincide with the appointment of Mr. Todd Spinelli to the Board and Management of UTRM as it was announced yesterday. Mr. Spinelli has been a 50% shareholder, Director and an Officer of Bel Ea Co. He will now lead the Sales and Manufacturing Initiatives of UTRM.

UTRM will focus now on consolidating and renewing an existing expression of interest with the United States Armed Forces to possibly purchase the Liquidsqueeze Brush for military use. The company believes shortly it will be positioned to handle and manage the procurement of these types of major contracts and expand upon them in the near future.

UTRM management is ready to begin discussions with the United Nations and UNICEF and other United States Relief agencies to provide the Liquidsqueeze Brush to under developed countries and to disaster stricken areas.

"These are initial list of customers we will be intensely pursuing," Frank Ottaviani, President of UTRM stated. "We believe there are also other fields with tremendous opportunities in areas such as drug stores and dental offices.
