Unity Annual Awards -- Nominations Now Open

Awards Honor the Best Content Being Created With Unity; Winners to Be Announced at Unite 11


SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 8, 2011) - Unity Technologies, provider of the Unity development platform for awesome games and interactive 3D on the web, iOS, Android, consoles and beyond, today announced that nominations for this year's Unity Awards are now open.

This year's award categories are:

  • Student
  • Community choice
  • Non-game
  • Best graphics
  • Best gameplay
  • Best cross platform

In addition, Unity Technologies will award the Golden Cube to the Grand Prix.

The judging committee comprises Unity Technologies employees related to the category at hand. Winners will be announced at the Award Ceremony being held at Unite 11, Unity Technologies' fifth annual developer conference taking place September 28 - 30, 2011 at the Masonic Center in San Francisco.
