Unity Wireless Annual & Special Meeting of Stockholders Set for November 24, 2006

Stockholders Encouraged to VOTE Their Shares on Timely Basis to Achieve Needed 51%

BURNABY, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 13, 2006 -- Unity Wireless Corporation (OTCBB: UTYW) management today outlined its acquisition strategy, and emphasized the importance for stockholders to watch for their Proxy package in the mail and encouraged shareholders to vote their shares in favor of management at, or before the upcoming Annual & Special Meeting of Stockholders to be held on November 24, 2006. Of primary interest is the 51% majority needed to increase the authorized share capital required for the three acquisitions that make up the 'New' Unity Wireless.

"A major restriction to Unity successfully penetrating the Tier-One wireless network operators and original equipment manufactures has been our size. With the recent acquisition of three related wireless technology companies, we have not only resolved this issue, but realized a number of other important benefits as well," commented Ilan Kenig, President and CEO of Unity Wireless.

The combined 'New' Unity Wireless recently forecasted 2006 revenues to exceed $15,000,000 on a proforma basis, and projected 2007 revenues to exceed $30,000,000, with accounts and market traction from the three companies, in South East Asia, North America, Europe, Russia, India, China, and Latin America.

Mr. Kenig stated, "Concerning the benefits to operating profitability, these acquisitions have given us the revenue base we needed, so that with full integration, and the elimination of redundant overhead through our global restructuring, based on preliminary analysis and notwithstanding expected and/or unexpected restructuring costs, we believed that the Company is likely to achieve profitable operations at a point in the fourth quarter of FY2006 with profitable performance expected for FY2007."

Mr. Kenig continued, "Concerning benefits to revenue growth, there is very little overlap in the regions and accounts that all four companies were serving. Since the products from each company are different, but targeted at very similar purchasing groups, we are now executing on the exceptional opportunity to layer in the related product lines at each account and realize rapid incremental revenue growth for the combined New Unity Wireless."

It is very important for stockholders to review the Proxy package that was mailed to them last week. Inside there are full instructions on how to vote their shares either on-line, by fax, by mail, or in person at the Annual & Special Stockholders meeting. The board of directors has recommended that shareholders vote in favour of the resolution to approve increasing the authorized share capital of the Corporation.
