Universal Communication Systems Inc. Subsidiary Air Water Corporation Receives Repeat Order for 270 Air Water Machines for Sri Lanka

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 11, 2005 -- Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY) subsidiary, Air Water Corp., company president Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has received a new repeat order for 270 Air Water machines for Sri Lanka. The machines were ordered yesterday by Air Water Lanka Pvt. Limited, the local official distributors for Air Water machines and products based in Colombo.

Mr. Zwebner stated: "Again, this new repeat order is a complete vindication of our policies and marketing strategy. We will continue to work to open new markets all over the world where our Air Water machines are now gaining growing recognition in the marketplace."

Air Water Corp. has entered into a 5-year contract with AirWater Lanka Pvt. Limited, the appointed exclusive importers and distributors for the entire range of AirWater machines for the local market.

AirWater Corporation manufactures a range of Air to Water machines ranging in sizes that make from 20 liters to over 5,000 liters of pure clear drinking water per day. The machines destined for Sri Lanka will be manufactured in the company's contracted manufacturing facilities in PR China.
