Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary AirWater Corporation Files a First Amended Complaint in the US District Court for Massachusetts Against WorldWide Water, LLC, Air2Water, LLC,

Freewater Company, dba Freewater, Inc., and Michael (aka Mike/ Menachem) Klein - an Individual

MIAMI BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 5, 2007 -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UCSY) (BERLIN: UVC) (XETRA: UVC) (FRANKFURT: UVC) (MNCH: UVC) (WKN: 917633) subsidiary AirWater Corporation company President Michael Zwebner stated today that the company has filed a first amended complaint in the US District Court for Massachusetts Boston Division, against Defendants WorldWide Water LLC, Air2Water LLC, Freewater Company dba, as Freewater Inc., and Michael (aka Mike/ Menachem) Klein.

The Complaint alleges Patent Infringement, Injurious Falsehoods - Trade Libel, Tortuous interference with contract and advantageous business, for fraudulent representations, under the Lanham Act and seeks Declaratory & Injunctive Relief To Curtail Business Interference & Intimidation Of Business Associates, Restraint Of Trade - 15 USC §18, Section 7 of Clayton Act) Restraint Of Trade - 15 USC §1 & §2 Sections 1 & 2 of Sherman Act. The relief sought in claims based the Clayton & Sherman act violations, is the dismantling of an illegal patent pooling arrangement among the Defendants; and, alternatively, the compulsory licensing of the pooled patents, under reasonable terms and conditions. As best can be determined as of this date from a review of the international patent literature, the challenged patent pooling, even if ultimately upheld, does not encompass any patent rights that can impact the recent announced large sales of AirWater products in the South African and Asian markets.

Mr. Zwebner went on to state: "These new allegations as set out in our amended complaint constitute an extremely serious set of claims. The named defendants have acted in an open conspiracy, and with other third parties together have engaged in an illegal attempt to put us out of business. They have used intimidation and threatening behavior against our distributors and dealers in a vicious and malicious attempt to coerce them to cease and desist doing business with us. We intend to fully expose these entities and individuals, and put a stop to the almost 'mafia type criminal elements' that have attempted to corner this new air to water technology, industry and business. The unending list of false and fraudulent statements as well as the outrageous claims made by the defendants has created an aura of doubt and uncertainty in the global marketplace, and we now intend to straighten out and clarify the record."
