Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary AirWater Corporation Receives Large Order for 340 AirWater Machines for Greece

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 23, 2005 -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY) subsidiary AirWater Corporation company president Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has received a new order for 340 AirWater machines for Greece. The order for the machines was received last week. The SOHO-styled AirWater machines will be manufactured at the company's contracted manufacturing facility in China.

Mr. Zwebner stated: "This new order is a further expansion of our company's overseas marketing activities. We are very pleased to have now successfully entered into the eastern Mediterranean areas, where we believe our machines will be well accepted. We plan to continue to work to open new markets the world over, where now our AirWater machines are gaining growing recognition in the marketplace."
