Universal Systems, Inc. (UVSS) Announces News Update

BAKER CITY, OR--(Marketwire - November 16, 2007) - An announcement has been made by Universal Systems, Inc. (USI) (PINKSHEETS: UVSS) that they have initiated a produced water and slop-oil franchise program through a newly formed subsidiary known as UVSS Franchise Development, LLC. Under this subsidiary, a Letter-of-Intent has been signed with Canadian Envirowash & Reclaim, Inc., of Alberta, Canada. This franchisee will be utilizing a Newly Designed Mobile Unit. The mobile unit's designed production is 500-1000 gallons per minute and will be used to clean produced water that is a waste by-product from Natural gas well production. The franchise cost is $2 million with a continual royalty. There is an additional cost of $2 million for the purchase of the mobile units.

Anadarko, the fifth largest natural gas producer in the U.S., has completed its 30 day trial period of a 500-gallon/minute unit for treating their produced water. The results exceeded our expectations. The plant is now in full production.

This past week USI and JET Oil Solutions, LLC of Utah met and signed a joint confidentiality agreement to pursue with Jet's assistance the marketing of slop-oil franchises to 150 refineries within the United States.

USI is granting exclusive foreign country licenses of which two have been signed and funding is underway. Closing is anticipated for the end of the year. The individual license fee is $90 million dollars.
