CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 28, 2011) - The new N. Murray Edwards Trading and Finance Lab at the Haskayne School of Business is Calgary's first student trading floor/finance learning environment - a space where students will learn how to use trading information systems to evaluate trades in stocks, bonds, and commodities. Not only will it will be used in the School's investment, risk management, and capital budgeting courses, but it will also be a core resource for the Calgary Portfolio Management Trust (CPMT) initiative, which provides a training ground for some of Canada's top finance students.
