UNLVtickets Renews Long-Term Contract With Paciolan

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 14, 2010) -  Paciolan, the leading provider of venue enablement ticketing, fundraising and marketing technology, announced today their long-term contract extension with UNLVtickets of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). Through this partnership UNLVtickets will continue to leverage the Paciolan "in-house" system to manage ticket sales, grow revenues, and maintain lifelong fan and donor relationships.

"We highly value the ability to manage every aspect of our complex entertainment and college athletics business here at the University of Nevada Las Vegas," said Jim Livengood, UNLV athletic director. "No other solution today offers everything that our organization needs, while providing integrated ticketing, marketing and fundraising capabilities. Paciolan allows us to make all this happen and we are thrilled to extend our partnership."

"Paciolan becoming an independent company again was a big factor in our decision. We felt that we were already with the best solution, and Paciolan is now in an ideal position to support our robust ticketing business both now and in the future," added Livengood.

UNLVtickets is a thriving regional ticketing company that manages events at the Thomas and Mack Center, Sam Boyd Stadium, Cox Pavilion, and other regional venues. Founded in 2002, UNLVtickets sells tickets for large concerts, special events, athletics, and performing arts events. Over the past seven years, UNLVtickets has retained ticket-buyer data in a single database and used it as a successful marketing tool. Renewing its partnership with Paciolan allows UNLVtickets to maintain control of its brand and customer relationships. This partnership also allows UNLVtickets to continue creating new revenue opportunities.

"We were pleased to see Dave Butler and Jane Kleinberger return to a familiar position with Paciolan with the same vision that enabled our team to create UNLVtickets," said Daren Libonati, executive director of the Thomas and Mack Center, Sam Boyd Stadium and Cox Pavilion. "We took our time with this new contract process. In 2002, it was our goal to be a unique Sports and Entertainment entity in control of its marketing and ticketing data with its customers and clients. Paciolan provided us with all the tools to allow our vision to prosper. Fast forwarding to today and reviewing all of our software options, our choice was simple; let's dance with the team that understands our needs and goals."

With their renewed contract, UNLVtickets adds themselves to the list of over 48 clients who have extended long-term contracts with Paciolan in the last two years. These extended partnerships highlight the value of Paciolan's client-focused approach and validates the power of the venue enablement model.

"We are extremely proud to continue our partnership with UNLVtickets," said Dave Butler, CEO, Paciolan. "Not only do they manage two of the leading college athletics venues in the country (Thomas and Mack Center and Sam Boyd Stadium), but UNLVtickets is one of the original regional ticketing companies who partnered with Paciolan to significantly grow their bottom line. This long-term commitment further solidifies that Paciolan is the ideal partner for college athletic organizations and companies managing a regional ticketing business."
