Another key distinguishing factor in the way UnRealty operates is that its Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA) does not contain certain commission clauses that other brokerages use on the Ontario Real Estate Association's (OREA) standard forms. The OREA BRA forces the buyer to pay any deficiency in commission that the brokerage receives, and this could be the entire commission if no commission is collected. UnRealty eliminates these clauses and provides its clients with an exit clause.
