MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 17, 2016) - The Canadian Polish Congress is excited to announce Mississauga Polish Day 2016 taking place on Saturday June 25, 2016 at Mississauga Celebration Square. After a successful inaugural festival in 2015, this year's event promises to be bigger and better!
The purpose of the festival is to share the vibrant culture of the Polish Canadian community with the public at large. Polish Canadians make up one of the largest ethnic groups in the city. Festival entrance is free. 10,000 to 15,000 visitors are expected.

Attractions
- Live music on two stages featuring over 20 artists from a wide range of genres. See the full schedule on the festival website.
- Artists include Radość-Joy, Mr. System, Olenka Bak, Harnasie, Kinga Lizoń, Paulina Swierczek and more
- Traditional food and beer garden featuring Tyskie beer
- Exhibits include a fine art showcase and vintage car show among others
- Kids' Activities presented by the Polish Scouting Association in Canada
- Vendor Booths with goods and services like artisanal crafts and jewellery

The Canadian Polish Congress is a national non-profit corporation. One of its main goals is to promote Polish culture and contribution within Canada not only to people who have immigrated from Poland but to all Canadians in order to foster a better understanding and spirit of multiculturalism.
