CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Sept. 10, 2013) - TransCanada Corporation (TSX:TRP) (NYSE:TRP) (TransCanada) will release the results of a report produced by an independent economic analysis firm regarding jobs and economic benefits of the company's Energy East Pipeline project.

TransCanada's President and CEO Russ Girling, will host a conference call tomorrow morning from New Brunswick to present the findings of the report and answer media questions about the economic analysis of the Energy East project in English and French.
