Upgrades Improve Water from River to Tap in K-Country


EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Sept. 11, 2014) - EPCOR, the Government of Alberta, and P3 Canada are working together to improve the water quality and supply for the Kananaskis and Bow Valley region and have completed the project to upgrade and expand the Evan Thomas water and wastewater treatment plant.

As part of the official dedication ceremony, a tour of the upgraded and expanded Evan Thomas Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant will be held, followed by a BBQ luncheon at Boundary Ranch.

Directions:

Boundary Ranch Parking Lot - fifteen minutes south of Highway #1 on the Kananaskis Trail (Exit 118, Hwy. 40), bussing provided to the Evan Thomas plant site. Personal protective equipment (hard hat, vest and protective eyewear) required for tour, limit quantities provided on-site.
