Today's IT professionals must be able to show the business value and optimization opportunities for the solutions they deliver to the organization. In this interactive session, Stedman will share advice for tracking spend, managing IT costs and increasing technology value to internal clients. Attendees will also learn how to choose and validate the "right" data as well as run a repeatable and reliable process to integrate the data into an actionable set of information. In addition, he will share his suggestions for best practices for optimizing IT resources.
