Upper Street Marketing, Inc. Announces Completion of Due Diligence After More Than 2.5MM in Distribution Licensing Deals

Due Diligence Is Done for Recently Acquired Single-Serve Cold Drink System SPRiZZi After International Expansions

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - May 17, 2016) - Upper Street Marketing, Inc. (OTC PINK: UPPR), who is finalizing acquisition of the maker of SPRiZZi Personal Beverage System, today announced due diligence is complete. Between the start of the due diligence process and now, there have been recent developments in the European, Canadian and Asian markets, which will leverage SPRiZZi's worldwide presence and bring its products international recognition. SPRiZZi's strategic partnerships in recent months continue to position the company as a leader in the $1 trillion beverage industry.

SPRiZZi CEO Michael Breault said, "Due diligence took longer than expected, but we wanted to finalize a few deals that were already in progress. We've closed a lot of big international partnerships over the last few months and are very excited about our future. A lot more significant announcements are expected over the next few weeks."

The Asian Regional Area Partnership recently closed out at $1.25 million with investor and global clean water activist Antonius Soelistyo. The deal also includes licensing rights for India. Enrique Terol, investor and global businessman, purchased the rights for the European Regional Area Partnership for an investment of $850 thousand. The purchase includes the Middle Eastern and African licensing rights, which is still in progress, for an additional $350 thousand. The deals, save the Middle East African deal, were finalized over the past few weeks.

SPRiZZi also acquired American Bio Nutrion in a deal finalized in January, which continued to progress and closed during the due diligence phase. American Bio Nutrion is an instrumental part of SPRiZZi's strategy to include health clubs and functional beverages in its future marketing.

In a deal that began several months ago, SPRiZZi also closed on its Canadian Regional Area Partnership this month, with a licensing agreement for $168 thousand for the Canadian licensing rights. Investor and new Canadian Partner Real Menard will lead the Canadian distribution. The deal began several months ago.

Upper Street Marketing and SPRiZZi are now preparing to close and perform their stock exchange in the wake of these completed agreements.
