UPS Airlines and API Enter Into a Chemicals Management Agreement

MEMPHIS, TN--(Marketwire - April 29, 2009) - Aerospace Products International, Inc. (API), a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Aviation Services Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FAVS) and a leading supplier of innovative distribution and supply chain services for the aviation industry announces a long-term chemicals management agreement with UPS Airlines, a subsidiary of United Parcel Service in Louisville, Kentucky. UPS was recently named 2009 Cargo Airline of the Year by Air Transport World for its innovative approach to business.

API developed this supply chain program specifically to meet UPS Airlines' chemicals management needs. As part of the program, API will provide inventory planning, logistics and support services. Orders will be processed via AeroXchange, the leading market and e-Commerce platform for the airline industry. Program features also include guaranteed product availability with a 100% fill rate on all contracted items as well as guaranteed minimum shelf-life upon delivery to UPS.
