UPS Ground Freight Hit With Meal & Rest Break Lawsuit by Pick-Up & Delivery Drivers Represented by Nichols Kaster & Anderson, PLLP and Fox & Fox, S.C.

MADISON, WI--(Marketwire - April 22, 2008) - UPS Ground Freight was sued this month for wage and hour violations. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. The case is brought by a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver who worked for UPS Ground Freight and Overnite Transportation in Wisconsin. The plaintiff alleges that UPS Ground Freight unlawfully deducted pay for meal breaks which were never received. He brings the case on behalf of all Pick-Up & Delivery Drivers who worked for UPS Ground Freight or Overnite Transportation in Wisconsin within the past six years.
