Upstream Biosciences Inc. Joins Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO)

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 21, 2007 -- Upstream Biosciences Inc. (OTCBB: UPBS) ("Upstream" or "the Company"), an emerging leader in the field of genetic diagnostics for cancer and the prediction of drug response, has announced that it has been granted membership to the trade association Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). BIO represents more than 1,100 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers, and related organizations across the United States and 31 other nations.
